Senior Platform Engineer - Developer Experience

What is the role about?

We are actively seeking a senior Platform Engineer to elevate our Developer Experience team. As a member of this forward-thinking team dedicated to revolutionizing the developer journey, your role will be instrumental in enhancing our platform domain offerings and tools. Strong development background is a key differentiator. Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, GitOps, AWS, and Grafana is crucial. 

How will you make an impact?

• Improve the deployment and rollback strategies, tailoring approaches to streamline processes and enhance systems reliability.
• Optimize the developer journey on Kubernetes, integrating improvements from the build phase to the live deployment.
• Implement automation across Infrastructure workflows to deliver a premium experience for development teams, minimizing manual intervention and maximizing efficiency.
• Advocate for observability practices (Monitoring, Logging, and Tracing).
• Innovate and elevate platform offerings and tools, focusing on development, deployment, observability, cost efficiency, and seamless self-service capabilities.

How will you be successful? 

• Strong development background.
• Proficiency in Terraform and Helm.
• Extensive experience in Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, GitOps, and AWS.
• Proven ability to set up and optimize observability practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
