Software Engineer - Matching Engine
How will you make an impact?
Be involved in designing and building solutions for the next-gen, industry leading matching engine with focus on high-performance and resilience
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Bringing your ideas to the design centred around low latency architecture
- Finding solutions that can scale vertically and horizontally
- Focusing on the reliability and resilience of the engine to provide best-in-class trading performance for our customers
How will you be successful?
- 4+ years of Software Development experience
- University degree in STEM or Computer science
- Professional experience with building high-performance and low-latency systems in the Fintech space
- Good understanding of change risk management process
- Good knowledge of OOP, SOLID, KISS principles
- Proficiency with Kotlin/Java
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn functional aspects
Nice To Haves:
- Professional experience within the exchange/trading industry
- Experience with Aeron Framework and Chronicle suite is a big plus
- DevOps experience with AWS and Kubernetes environments
- Experience with Kafka
