CRM Specialist

What is the role about?

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join our growing team within the Marketing Department. As part of the CRM team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the communication to our 1.5M+ customers, drive business growth and expansion, and improve overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, is highly analytical, possesses strong communication and collaboration skills, and has a proven track record of successfully implementing CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys. 

How will you make an impact?

  • Develop and execute marketing and transactional campaigns in the CRM system
  • Inform our 1.5M+ customers about important updates to the platform like new features, new asset listings, new security updates and more
  • Create customer segments for communication together with our data team
  • Create and improve automated journeys in the customer lifecycle to improve engagement and prevent churn
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Product and Development to create relevant data points and user attributes in the CRM system

How will you be successful?

  • At least 1 year of experience and proven track record with marketing suite of CRM systems like Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, Selligent, or Airship and an accompanying understanding of CRM principles like deliverability, spam complaints, unsubscribes, email rendering and more (more years of experience is a plus)
  • Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in the development, execution and analysis of marketing and transactional campaigns, and the ability to generate and share insights to a broad audience of internal stakeholders
  • A keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies with the Bitvavo guidelines, and an uncompromising commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in our communications supported by the ability to review and analyze campaigns to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks
  • Experience and affinity with crypto is a plus to accelerate and support the effectiveness of the above
  • Fluency in English. Native German or Dutch is a plus
