Affiliate Marketing Manager - Dutch Speaker

What is the role about? 

As an Affiliate Marketer NL/BE at Bitvavo, you will play a pivotal role in propelling the EU growth and success of our platform through managing a local affiliate program. Your role encompasses the preparation for the market entry, acquisition and account management of the affiliate partners, by generating leads, negotiating agreements, managing performance and building strong relationships. Leveraging your creative flair, you'll design engaging promotional materials and compelling content that resonates with affiliate partners and their audiences to join Bitvavo in its mission to make digital assets available to everyone. Your enthusiasm for the crypto market will enable you to communicate the key differentiators of Bitvavo effectively.

As a key player in our team, you'll continuously assess the performance of affiliate partnerships and marketing initiatives. Your analytical skills will fuel campaign enhancements as you evaluate affiliate activity and dissect data for insights. Collaborating with product, tech, and the customer support team, you will passionately contribute to make our product more aligned to (local) customer needs.

How will you make an impact?

• Build a comprehension and expertise in both the broader crypto industry and Bitvavo's offerings. This expertise is crucial for effectively promoting and selling these products to users via our affiliates
• Craft your affiliate plan based on the overall Bitvavo strategy which includes defining goals and key affiliate targets, prioritising opportunities, and develop quarterly plans
• Identify new/existing affiliate partner opportunities, evaluate deal economics, reach, exposure, and adeptly negotiate deals, including seamlessly onboarding new partners
• Establish meaningful crypto connections and foster strong partnerships with affiliates
• Curate engaging promotional materials, exclusive offers, and regular updates for your affiliates to keep them motivated and invested with Bitvavo’s offering, driving user and asset inflow
• Utilising analytical insights to optimise the affiliate campaigns performance, resulting in improved conversion rates and better ROI for marketing efforts
• Seek feedback from affiliates and work closely with product, tech, and customer support teams, to contribute to enhancing Bitvavo's product 

How will you be successful?

• Fluent (written and spoken) in English and native level of Dutch
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience (Business development, Affiliate / Growth Marketing / Sales or Account Management), preferably within the crypto, tech or finance space
• Strong grasp of the local market landscape and cultural nuances and how to translate this into localised marketing approaches
• Excellent in building and maintaining relationships with affiliates and the crypto community
• Strong account management and negotiation skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
• Creative to curating frequent and compelling content headlines and promotions
• Able to adapt to new processes and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• You are a natural problem solver, able to quickly understand problems and identify solutions
