About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and creative Sr. Brand Campaign & Activation Manager to drive the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Bitvavo’s brand ecosystem. You will work closely with the Head of Brand & Activation to translate strategic objectives into impactful brand experiences—both online and offline—that grow awareness, drive relevance, and deepen customer connection.
You will lead the execution of multi-channel brand campaigns and activations across digital, TV, out-of-home, sponsorships, events, and partnerships. This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, organization, and results—with a strong grasp of marketing campaign management, audience insight, and collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing
Campaign Development & Execution
Plan, lead, and execute fully integrated brand campaigns aligned to our brand strategy and growth objectives.
Collaborate with internal creative, content, media, and PR teams—as well as external agencies and production partners—to bring concepts to life.
Manage project timelines, briefing processes, asset production, and delivery across all relevant channels: digital, video, OOH, print, and experiential.
Coordinate with local market teams and commercial teams to ensure regional resonance and operational alignment.
Sponsorship & Brand Activation
Support the activation of sponsorship properties (e.g. sports, entertainment, event partnerships), ensuring strong brand presence and audience engagement.
Manage on-the-ground activations, experiential campaigns, and B2C events that reinforce brand positioning and create memorable experiences.
Partner with legal, PR, and operations to ensure sponsorship deliverables are met and aligned with contractual and brand guidelines.
Cross-functional Leadership
Serve as the central point of contact for campaign workstreams—ensuring alignment across internal teams and external vendors.
Contribute to creative ideation and messaging development based on audience insight and brand strategy.
Ensure creative excellence and consistency across formats, placements, and campaign elements.
Performance, Budget & Optimization
Collaborate with analytics and media teams to monitor campaign performance and gather insights.
Track KPIs such as brand lift, campaign awareness, engagement, and reach—supporting post-campaign reporting and optimization efforts.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient use of resources across production and media
What We Look For
8–10 years of experience in brand marketing or campaign management, ideally in a digital-first or high-growth consumer brand.
Proven track record leading 360° brand campaigns from brief to delivery.
Strong understanding of media planning, campaign production workflows, and agency collaboration.
Experience with sponsorship or event activations is a plus.
Excellent campaign management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a bias toward action.
Data-aware and results-oriented; able to balance brand storytelling with performance.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with the fintech, crypto, or digital finance space.
Experience with brand activation across European markets.
Knowledge of legal, compliance, or regulatory considerations in campaign work (a plus in financial services).
Native or fluent level of German.
