What You’ll Be Doing

  • Helping our users with all sorts of questions, from navigating their accounts to verifying their identity.

  • Collaborating with compliance, product, and marketing teams to continuously improve how we support customers

  • Identifying patterns in customer queries and suggesting improvements to our help content or product flows

  • Staying informed on the latest developments in crypto and regulation (don’t worry,  we’ll help you get up to speed)

What We Look For

  • Speak Dutch at a native level, and are fluent in English

  • Are a clear communicator with a friendly, professional tone

  • Love solving problems and aren’t afraid to dig into technical topics

  • Able to adapt to new processes and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Have experience in customer support, hospitality, retail, or any role where helping others is key

  • Are curious about the world of crypto, fintech, or digital innovation

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with compliance processes or KYC/AML
